    This item wouldn’t open. The clasp was damaged and I was unable to return it.

    I wasn’t too sure on the quality when I originally bought it, but this is probably the nicest set I’ve had for my dog even the harness is engraved with the information and the quality is incredible. The only thing I regret is not getting the bow with the set.

    Lovely soft collar with a beautiful golden clasp. The engraving is excellent and no overly noticeable so, that it easily seen only if lost and someone purposely us look for her owner.

    Sono molto soddisfatto del collare per cani personalizzato con fibbia in metallo. La qualità del velluto a coste double face è davvero ottima e il collare è molto resistente. La possibilità di personalizzarlo con il nome e il numero di telefono del mio cane è un’aggiunta fantastica, che mi dà tranquillità nel caso in cui si dovesse smarrire.

    Inoltre, le taglie regolabili sono state molto utili, in quanto ho un cane di taglia media e ho potuto adattare perfettamente il collare alle sue dimensioni.

    Il design è elegante e sofisticato, e il collare si adatta perfettamente al collo del mio cane senza causargli disagio.

    These collars are so soft and the colors are exactly what are shown. We purchased 3 and they are all perfect! The name and phone number are neat and easy to read.

    This leash collar set is SO cute. Just as described. The leash length is perfect and the fastener on the collar is really easy to use. The collar was easy to adjust as well. Fabric is very soft to hold! It came so quickly for a custom item!! I mean LOOK how cute my dog is. The clip on the end of the leash is definitely plastic, not metal, but the fastener on the collar feels much weightier/sturdier.

    Order arrived in a timely manner, fit my dog and everything was engraved correctly.

    I purchased 2 of these, 1 for each dog. The font is REALLY tiny, so anybody with adult eyes needs a magnifying glass to read it. That is just as well, considering the engraving fades within weeks. On the plus side, the collar is very pretty when it’s clean.
